After you confirm a trade, the change due will be deposited to your wallet for spending in your future trades. You can also top up your wallet through G2A and get some extra funds as a bonus. Please note that you can purchase items for your wallet funds in the TRADE mode only! Use the BUY mode if you'd like to make an instant purchase of items via G2A and get a discount. In this mode, you cannot add items from your inventory and you cannot use your wallet funds. In a word, you are allowed to get either a discount in the BUY mode or a bonus in the TRADE mode, but you cannot combine them. The mode switсh is next to “You receive” block. If you'd like to trade your items for items from the bots' inventory, please use the TRADE mode.
These are the items that are currently on Steam trade cooldown (or ban). You can trade those items in our bots iventory and you'll have it's virtual copy on your site inventory. You'll be able to trade this copy from your inventory at any time for any other skin on our site. As soon as trade cooldown is over, you'll be able to take that item on your Steam inventory.
1) Try the latest version Google chrome (Don't ignore this advice, it's actually helps almost all the time).
2) Make sure that Steam status on the main page is green.
There are some reasons the site won't work properly for a short period, there may also be some trade problems. This is due to technical maintenance or Steam lag issues. In this case - we recommend you waiting for a while (no longer than 2 hours usually) until site is fully functioning again.
Multitrading allows you to simultaneously trade with more than one bot. For example, for 2 items from 2 bots you'll recieve 2 Steam trade offers. Multitrading allows you to trade far more items at once.
There is a temporary trade ban on the skin by Steam that will last less than 7 days. This may be due to it being purchased from the market recently, or traded with users not using the Steam Mobile Authenticator.
This status implies there are too many similar items on our accounts right now.
These items are unavailable in case of their changeable price. In our effort to avoid stocking of cheap and low rank items we don't accept them.
Unfortunately, there is no way for that now. All the trades should be sent through our website only.
